2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on reduction of turnover of paper documents for provision of some types of the state social support

1. According to the procedure of appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children, No. 1751 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2365; 2013, No. 29, Art. 1004; 2015, No. 46, Art. 1473; 2020, No. 89, Art. 2888; 2022, No. 95, Art. 5891):

Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children are performed with observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure".";

2) in Item 2:

to replace the paragraph of the seventh with paragraphs of the following content:
