About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2023 No. 787
Based on part one of subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 "About lease and free use by property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 138
1. Add appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2023 with No. 787 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 No. 138" Item 45 of the following content:
"45. Public association "Belarusian federation of track and field athletics" - on condition of accommodation of management personnel on the areas of the capital structure which is in operational management of public institution "National Olympic stadium "Dynamo", located on st. of Kirov, 8/6, in Minsk (the real estate occupied by him for February 29, 2024).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
