1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2008 No. 38 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for production and distribution of stamps, the marked envelopes and the marked postcards, special postage stamps" the following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word of "special postage stamps" shall be replaced with words "production and use of special postage stamps";
1.2. To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for production and distribution of stamps, the marked envelopes and the marked postcards, special postage stamps approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
