About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2020 No. 51
Based on the paragraph of the eighth of part two of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 No. 356-Z "About labor protection" and subitem 6.71-4 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In part two of Item 8 and Item 21 of the Instruction on procedure of control of observance by workers of requirements for labor protection in the organization and structural divisions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2020 No. 51, the word "microorganizations" shall be replaced with words "the organizations numbering workers up to 15 people inclusive".
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2024.
