About the optimum number of the territorial centers of social servicing of the population

Based on Item 7-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2003 No. 724 "About measures for implementation of system of the state social standards for servicing of the population of the republic", paragraph one of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the optimum number of the territorial centers of social servicing of the population (further - the territorial centers) is determined proceeding from the standard rate - one territorial center on the administrative area in the republic.

For the purposes of this resolution the administrative area is understood as the area, including the area in the city of regional subordination and Minsk, the city of regional subordination in case of lack of its division into areas;

1.2. the optimum number of branches and social Items of the territorial center is determined proceeding from the standard rate - one branch, social Item on the settlement with population over 5 thousand people.

For the purposes of this resolution:

the branch of the territorial center is understood as separate division of the territorial center, not being the legal entity, located out of the place of its stay and performing all its activities or their part (2 and more main activities), including activities of representation;

the social Item of the territorial center is understood as the room located out of the location of the territorial center, intended for placement on permanent basis of the workers rendering social services in the fixed territory;

1.3. branches and social Items of the territorial center can be created in quantity over subitem 1.2 of this Item of the standard rate established by part one taking into account the criteria provided by part one of subitem 1.4 of this Item;
