1. The procedure for retraining, advanced training and certification of lawyers (further - the Procedure) is developed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal profession and lawyer activities" and determines procedure and process of retraining, advanced training, and also certification of lawyers in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Retraining of lawyers is educational process as a result of which profound knowledge and professionalism of lawyers are enhanced and is the accelerated method of receipt of additional education by means of which the main attention is given to the questions which are directly connected with profession. The purpose of retraining is enhancement of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in lawyer profession.
3. Professional development course of lawyers - angrily educational process during which the lawyer enhances the knowledge and professional skills, and also the available capabilities within the lawyer's profession. The purpose of advanced training of lawyers is increase in professional knowledge of lawyers, enhancement of their professional and labor skills, preparation them to accomplishment of the obligations on rendering professional legal aid to physical persons and legal entities at the high qualification level.
