About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning simplification of conditions of implementation of economic activity during action of warlike situation in Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483 with the following changes) to add the article 11 "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 2-2 of the following content:
"2-2. During action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX (further - warlike situation), the right to implementation of certain actions for implementation of economic activity or types of economic activity can be acquired by the subject of managing based on submission on a grant basis to the relevant allowing organs of the declaration on implementation of economic activity without receipt of documents of allowing nature, except those types of economic activity which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The procedure for submission of the declaration on implementation of economic activity, the list of the data specified in it the list of certain actions for implementation of economic activity or types of economic activity which cannot be performed based on submission of such declaration in the conditions of warlike situation and features of issue of documents of allowing nature are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Certain actions for implementation of economic activity or types of economic activity are included by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the list specified in the paragraph the second this Item if implementation of such actions or types of activity based on the declaration on implementation of economic activity can lead to approach at least of one of the following effects:
