About modification of the Security act of foodstuff No. 306/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Security act of foodstuff No. 306/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "regulations of the food sector" shall be replaced with words "the food legislation", the words "applied regulations of the food sector" – the words "the applied food legislation", the words "the regulations of the food sector applied" – the words "the food legislation applied" in the corresponding case, and the words "Regulations of the Food Sector Are Based" – the words "The Food Legislation Is Based".
2. In article 2 to state the concept "quality certificate" of the following edition:
"the quality certificate – the document issued by the producer by means of which compliance of quality and safety of batches of the delivered foodstuff to the requirements established by the food legislation is guaranteed;";
in the concept "the registration certificate in the field of safety of foodstuff" of the word", specified in appendix 3, conforms to the requirements established in regulations of the food sector;" shall be replaced with words "corresponds to the food legislation;";
in the concept "determination of the foodstuff and materials contacting to foodstuff", the words "established in the regulations of the food sector approved by the Government" shall be replaced with words "the provided food legislation,";
in the concept "plan of self-checking" of the word "to requirements of the corresponding regulations," shall be replaced with words "to the food legislation,", and shall be replaced with words the words "for laboratory researches;" "for carrying out researches in the accredited or certified laboratory;".
