About modification of some regulations (management of the irrigating and drainage infrastructure which is in public property and its differentiation on accessory and on spheres)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (3) Article 7:

add the Item f 3) with words ", and also the parcels of land determined as components of irrigating and/or drainage systems, and the parcels of land adjacent to other objects of technical infrastructure necessary for operation, servicing and repair of the irrigating and/or drainage systems which are in public property of the state and in economic maintaining the National agency on land reclamation and transferred to free use to irrigational associations;";

add the Items f 4) and f 5) with words ", and also the parcels of land determined as components of the irrigating and/or drainage systems specified in the Item f 3);".

2. Part (Article 10 to add 4) with words ", except for the property (irrigating and/or drainage infrastructure) determined as component of irrigating and/or drainage systems, and also other objects of technical infrastructure and the parcels of land necessary for operation, servicing and repair of the irrigating and/or drainage systems transferred to free use to irrigational associations according to provisions of the Law on irrigational associations No. 171/2010 adjoining to them.".

Art. II. – In the Law on water No. 272/2011 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 46-49, 70), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
