About some questions of consideration of messages of exposers

According to article 53-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine" I ORDER to article 35-1 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Regulations on implementation of mechanisms of encouragement of exposers and forming of culture of messages on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of the law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine, the Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order of July 05, 2022 No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2022 at No. 911/38247, the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The division concerning prevention of corruption provides functioning of the mechanism of encouragement of exposers and forming of culture of the message by provision of the methodical help, consultations, carrying out internal doctrines on implementation of messages and protection of exposers.";

in Item 3:

in paragraph one of the word "the authorized division (face) performs" shall be replaced with words "divisions of internal control perform", and to exclude the words "and forming of culture of the message";

exclude subitem 4.

With respect thereto to consider subitem 5 subitem 4;

in Item 5 of the word "Authorized Division (Face)" shall be replaced with words "Division of internal control";

2) in the subitem 3 of Item 1 of the Section IV of the word of "the representative of division (face)" shall be replaced with words "divisions of internal control".
