About modification of the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Make change to Item 7 of the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 6, 2021 No. 1068 "some questions of the organization of activities of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 83, of the Art. 5322), having added it with the subitem 20 of the following content:
"20) Bab's self-representation and its territorial administrations in courts through the Director Bab, and also without personal errand provides the Director Bab through his deputies and employees of structural divisions of central office of Bab and its territorial administrations according to regulations on such divisions.".
