About modification of some regulations (the organizational aspects concerning judicial system and National institute of justice)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Item with 1) parts (Article 6 of the word "higher than 8;" shall be replaced with words 1) "equal or above 8,00;".

Art. II. – In the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 65), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
