1. Items 13 - 20 to state in the following edition:
"13. The Federal Service for Labour and Employment when implementing the state control (supervision) refers objects of the state control (supervision) to one of the following categories of risk:
a) extremely high risk;
b) high risk;
c) average risk;
d) low risk.
14. Criteria of reference of objects of the state control (supervision) to categories of risk taking into account weight and probability of causing by controlled persons of harm (damage) to the values protected by the law as a result of approach of negative events, and also probabilities of non-compliance with mandatory requirements by them are:
a) availability of the violations of mandatory requirements revealed during the control (supervising) actions;
b) provision by controlled person of social services in stationary form of social servicing;
c) the number of receivers of social services to whom controlled person provides social services in stationary form of social servicing.
15. Object of the state control (supervision) belongs to the category of extremely high risk if:
