in Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 16 with subitem 52-1) of the following content:
"52-1) develops and approves rules of use of networks of TV and radio broadcasting for the notification of the population about threat of life, to human health and operations procedure in the developed situation in case of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, and also for the benefit of defense, homeland security and protection of law and order;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
