About modification of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget

According to Article 43 of the Budget code of Ukraine, Item 64 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of December 01, 2022 to No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 2013 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2013 at No. 291/22823, the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1.3 of the Section I of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";

2) in the Section II:
