About measures for development of public-private partnership in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024-2030

According to strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" for the purpose of providing target indicator of attraction of private investments in the amount of at least 30 billion US dollars into projects of public-private partnership till 2030, developments of the necessary social and economic infrastructure in regions promoting high economic growth, distribution of successful experience of projects implementation of public-private partnership in production of electricity on other industries:

1. Approve:

Measures for implementation of priority projects of public-private partnership in 2024 - 2026 according to appendix No. 1 *;

The program of projects which will be realized on the basis of public-private partnership in 2024 - 2030 (further - the Program) according to appendix No. 2*.

At the same time to take need into account:

constructions and upgrades at least 1 000 km of modern paid main highways, including the beginning of construction of the highway "Tashkent — Samarkand" in 2024 and the highway "Tashkent — Andijan" in 2026, for the purpose of creation of additional terms for convenient and high-speed automobile communication between the large cities;

agreement signatures, providing transfer of distribution networks of the electric power to private operators till July 1, 2027 and distribution networks of natural gas until the end of 2027 with reducing annual losses of energy twice at least;

achievements of agreements on upgrade of all obsolete irrigational pumping points till 2028 for the purpose of additional annual economy to 30 percent of the electric power;

involvement of private companies to upgrade and management of networks of water supply and the sewerage in each region until the end of 2028, considering providing scope of the population with clear and uninterrupted drinking water to 87 percent, centralized sewer providing - to 30 percent;
