In the Program of experimental legal regime in the field of digital innovations on the operation of the high-automated vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 309 "About establishment of experimental legal regime in the field of digital innovations and approval of the Program of experimental legal regime in the field of digital innovations on operation of the high-automated vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 12, the Art. 1817):
