1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2022 No. 10 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 22.6.1 "Acquisition of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products", approved by this resolution:

to state subitem 1.3.1 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.3.1. for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further – alcoholic beverages), excise stamps are acquired by the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus having the right to implementation of import of alcoholic beverages, who signed agreements in foreign trade for import of alcoholic beverages;";
