About introduction of amendments to the Fund charter of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry

1. Increase till December 31, 2024. The authorized capital of Fund of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry for the amount of 81944000 hryvnias at the expense of means of the government budget with relation coefficient the sums of increase in 1,11138, having determined the planned size of the authorized capital of 817630000 hryvnias.
2. Make changes to the Fund charter of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 2022 No. 125 "About creation of Fund of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 18, the Art. 975, No. 87, Art. 5396; 2023, to No. 44, the Art. 2338), having stated it in the enclosed edition.
