About modification and amendments in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the international automobile communication of March 20, 2006

being guided by Item 2 of article 15 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the international automobile communication of March 20, 2006 (further - the Agreement) and need of development of cooperation between the states of the Parties in the field of the international motor transportations of passengers and loads, agreed as follows:
Bring in the Agreement and the Executive protocol on application of the Agreement (further - the Executive protocol) the following changes and amendments:
1. Article 4 of the Agreement to add with subitem 2.1. following content:
"2.1. Permissions are not required in case of transportation of goods by vehicles which maximum lump, including trail cars, does not exceed 6 tons or the maximum load-carrying capacity of which, including load-carrying capacity of trail cars, does not exceed 3,5 of tons.".
2. Chapter ІІІ Agreements to add with Article 5-3 of the following content:
"Article 5-3
The permissions specified in Item 1 of Article 5, Item 2 of Article 5-1 and Item 2 of Article 5-2 of this agreement can have form of an electronic document.".
3. To state Item 1 of the Executive protocol in the following edition:
"1. Competent authorities of the Agreement are:
from the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
from the Republic of Uzbekistan:
The ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Committee on highways under the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
