For the purpose of increase in efficiency of notarial activities, according to part 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733 the following changes:

in the Requirements to premises of private notary office and notarial bureau, procedure for their registration approved by the above-stated resolution:

- declare Item 7 invalid;

- 9, 10 to state Items in the following edition:

"9. The office, bureau shall be placed in the building or the room belonging to the category of the reorientated premises and non-residential premises adapted for implementation of notarial activities to conform to requirements of fire and electric safety, sanitary standards and rules.

For the purpose of providing proper conditions for acceptance by the notary of the notarial actions of persons which addressed for making the premises of notary office or bureau shall:

- be in the building having open entry of persons for the address to the notary;

- have natural and artificial lighting, heating, to conform to sanitary and hygienic requirements, to be equipped with fire extinguishing means.

The responsibility for violation of requirements of fire and electric safety, and also sanitary standards and rules, is assigned to the notary.
