1. Approve Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board of legal executives it (is applied).

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. The addresses addressed to Disciplinary board of legal executives and registered about day of entry into force of this order, but on which the decision on their admissibility or inadmissibility is not made are considered by the rules established by Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board of bailiffs. The disciplinary commission of bailiffs, the approved this order.

4. The appeals of decisions on admissibility given and not considered about day of entry into force of this order together with addresses according to which relevant decisions are passed are considered by Disciplinary board of bailiffs by the rules of consideration of admissibility of addresses provided by the Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board of bailiffs approved by this order.

5. From the date of entry into force of this order to declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 96/2017 on approval of the Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board of legal executives (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 60-66, 314).
