1. In Rules of connection (technological accession) of the gas-using equipment and the capital construction projects to networks of gas distribution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2021 No. 1547 "About approval of Rules of connection (technological accession) of the gas-using equipment and capital construction projects to networks of gas distribution and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 38, Art. 6641; 2022, No. 49, Art. 8695; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4207; 2024, No. 17, Art. 2338; No. 21, of the Art. 2767) to state the subitem "l" of Item 16 in the following edition:
"k) the protocol of general meeting of members of gardening non-commercial partnership (in case of application about connection by the owner of the household which is in gardening territory borders, or the authorized representative of gardening non-commercial partnership within the Section VII of these rules) containing the following decisions:
about dogazifikation of the gas-using equipment located in the households which are in gardening territory borders with appendix of the list of such households;
about determination of person authorized on submission of requests for connection on behalf of owners of households (in case of application by the authorized representative of gardening non-commercial partnership);
about consent to non-paid placement in the gardening territory borders on the parcels of land of general purpose which is in property of the contractor of the network of gas distribution created within dogazifikation of the gas-using equipment located in the households which are in gardening territory borders and also on easy access of the gas-distributing organization to the specified network of gas distribution for its construction and operation;
