Fare of passengers on regular routes and the constructed fare is adjusted in case of change of actual costs of carrier more than for 10% on price factors, independent of them, and also in case of modification and amendments in characteristics of route (flight, the schedule of movement of buses, route extent, updating of railway vehicles) by procedure for the enlarged payment of carrier costs under Articles of the operating expenses provided by Chapter 2 in appendices 1 to this Technique and Chapter 4 of Rules of subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds of losses of the carriers connected with implementation of socially important transportations of the passengers approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2015 No. 883 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12353) (further – Rules).
Fare of passengers on regular routes and constructed fare is reviewed at least once a year according to Items 8, of 9 and 10 Rules.";

The economic-mathematical model of forming of rates for regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage (further – Model) is used for the purpose of ensuring methodological uniformity of technology of calculations for reasons for fares in vehicles of regular routes, these calculations are carried out with use of the unified economic-mathematical model of the following type:

The VAT is accepted to the carrier costs connected with depreciation of the vehicles involved on socially important route.
The VAT rate established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)" is applied to determination of the VAT.";

"3) expenses on carrying out repairs and maintenance of vehicles are accepted as 10% (for vehicles with useful life to 3 years), 15% (for vehicles with useful life from 3 to 7 years) and 20% (for vehicles with useful life more than 7 years) from the cost of the vehicles fixed for servicing of this route.
