Some questions of the National agency on prevention of corruption
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget on implementation of actions for realization of anti-corruption strategy, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 15, 2023 No. 993 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 90, of the Art. 5191), having stated it in the enclosed edition.
2. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the National agency concerning prevention of corruption for 2024 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of consumption of the government budget in the way:
reduction of their amount according to the budget program 6331010 "Ensuring activities of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption" for 1680 thousand hryvnias;
increase in their amount according to the budget program 6331030 "Realization of anti-corruption strategy" for 1680 thousand hryvnias.
3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance entering into list of the government budget of the changes connected with expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
