Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 2, 2023 No. 864-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Make the following changes to the "Rules of state registration of acts of nationality" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 31, 2003 No. 145 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I):

1.1. According to Item 3.2:

1.1.1. State the first paragraph in the following edition:

"3.2. Persons interested to marry after passing of physical examination, stipulated in Article 13 Family Codes of the Azerbaijan Republic, submit the written application about marriage personally to registration department, consulate and representation of the executive authority";
