"15.1. Determine that in 2024 in addition to cases, stipulated in Item 1 Article 132.1 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation, other interbudget transfers from the federal budget can be provided to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation in case of joint financing, including in full, payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation arising in case of delivery of health care, the prosthetic and orthopedic help to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who are participants of special military operation, the medical organizations subordinated to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation during special military operation.";
