in Rules of cost recovery of staff of the special state bodies (except cadets, listeners) for driving on transport through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) following on physical examination (survey) and back based on the direction issued according to the procedure, established by the first head of special state body;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
