1. Annually during the period from November 1 to November 10 the corresponding year reports on accomplishment of actions of civil defense in the current year (further – the report) in forms, according to appendix 1 to these rules are submitted (with appendix of confirmatory materials according to Rules of reference of data to office information of limited distribution and work with it):

the organizations based on which services of civil protection of areas, the capitals, the cities of republican value in territorial subdivisions of authorized body are created;

the organizations referred to categories on civil defense and based on which services of civil protection of the cities and regions of regional value, in district and city managements (departments) of emergency situations of territorial subdivisions of authorized body are created.";
