I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 534 "About approval of Traffic regulations, Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to operation, the list of field and special services which transport is subject to the equipment special light and sound signals and coloring according to special tsvetografichesky schemes" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33003) the following changes and amendments:

in the Traffic regulations approved by the specified order:

add Item 2 with subitem 66-1) of the following content:

"66-1) electric vehicle - the motorized vehicle equipped and set in motion by the electric motor receiving energy from rechargeable batteries, capacity stores and (or) fuel elements, and loaded only by means of external source of electrical energy;";
