About the national operator of TV and radio broadcasting

1. Determine the national operator of TV and radio broadcasting Kazteleradio joint-stock company.
2. The national operator of TV and radio broadcasting performs types of activity, stipulated in Item 2 articles 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mass media".

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2019 No. 639 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 11, 2012 No. 777 "About the national operator in the field of TV and radio broadcasting".
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
