About financing especially radiation dangerous and yaderno dangerous productions and objects

This Federal Law establishes bases of the guaranteed financing the dangerous productions and objects of works, safe and steady functioning of these productions, necessary for providing, and objects which are carried out on especially radiation dangerous and yaderno.

Article 1. Especially radiation dangerous and yaderno dangerous productions and objects (further - especially dangerous objects) are the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, and also the military units which are engaged in development, production, operation, storage, transportation, utilization of nuclear weapon, components of nuclear weapon, radiation dangerous materials and products.

The list of especially dangerous objects is developed and affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.

Article 2. Financing of activities of especially dangerous objects is performed on the principles of security, sufficiency, timeliness of provision of the assignments of the federal budget providing safe and steady functioning of the specified objects.

The expenses connected with activities of especially dangerous objects are provided by the Government of the Russian Federation in the draft of the federal budget for the corresponding year as a part of the protected Articles of the current expenses of the federal budget which are subject to financing in full.

Financing of the expenses provided by the federal budget on performance of works on especially dangerous objects is performed with obligatory advancing of these expenses in the amount of 40 percent of annual amount of budgetary appropriations.

Article 3. The organizations, and also the military units which entered the list of especially dangerous objects can make the assignments for forming of centralized means included in product cost (works, services) irrespective of sources of their payment in the following sizes:
