About introduction of amendments to the Law on promotion of energy use from renewable sources No. 10/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on promotion of energy use from renewable sources No. 10/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 117), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In the concept "community on energy from renewable sources" of Article 3:

in all text of concept to replace the word "shareholders" with the word "participants" in the corresponding case;

Item a) to add with words "in close proximity to which projects in the field of the renewable energy resources belonging and developed by the corresponding legal entity are performed;";

in Item b) after words "physical persons" to add with words "Owners' Associations in condominium, other legal entities who are not pursuing revenue generating purposes".

2. In Article 10:

add Article with part (2) the following content:

3. Part (Article 11 to add 1) with the Item e-1) of the following content:

"e-1) monitorirut accomplishment by large competent producers of the obligations established in the Regulations on tendering approved by the Government on assignment of the status of the large competent producer;".

4. Item with 2) parts (Article 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"with-2) develops and approves Regulations on communities on energy from renewable sources, creates and conducts according to the specified provision Register of Communities on energy from renewable sources; registers communities on energy from renewable sources in the Register of communities on energy from renewable sources;".
