1. When implementing obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles (further - compulsory insurance) exchange of information electronically between the insurer, the vehicle owner, the injured (beneficiary) and the insurer with use of the official site of the insurer on the Internet (further - the website of the insurer) is performed by means of personal account on the website of the insurer specified in Item 11 of article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation of November 27, 1992 to No. 4015-I "About the organization of insurance case in the Russian Federation" (further - the Law of the Russian Federation No. 4015-I).

2. For creation of personal account on the website of the insurer the insurer, the vehicle owner, the injured (beneficiary) who is physical person shall provide to the insurer the following information:

surname, name and middle name (in the presence);

birth date;

name of the identity document, series (in the presence) and number of this document;
