About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the industry
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 9, 2021 No. 84 the following changes:
Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with subitem 23-1 of the following content:
"23-1) exercises control of target use of military goods;";
- add with subitem 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1) develops offers on forming of state policy in the field of military and technical cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with foreign states regarding military production and ensuring its realization;".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 250 the following changes:
in Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the eighteenth subitem 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-develops offers on forming of state policy in the field of the industry;";
- the twenty fourth subitem 2 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- in the paragraph the sixteenth subitem 3 of the word "and military" to exclude.
