Art. 1. – In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 and the Customs code No. 95/2021 to resolve body of local public authority of municipium of Ungen import to the country and release in free circulation (import) with exemption of import payments and without the right of alienation of three minibuses of the Ford brand of the Transit 125T430, model identification numbers WFOLXXGBFL3T 52497, WFOLXXGBFL3J 70565, WFOLXXGBFL3J 70566, of 2003 of release classified by goods item of 8703rd 32, provided gratuitously (donation) of local public authority of municipium of Cluj-Napoca by body (zhudets of Kluzh, Romania).
Art. 2. – In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
