About approval of additions which are made to appendix to the Order No. 66/2010
Based on provision of the item g) Art. 104 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of 8:02. 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Approve according to amendment appendix which are brought in appendix to the Order No. 66/2010 on approval of the List of economic agents companies of light industry and the types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area, exempted from the VAT with the deduction right.
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
