About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of ensuring unity of measurements
For the purpose of enhancement of the organization of checking and approval like measuring instruments, reduction in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" of September 2, 2019 No. 446 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out checking of measuring instruments in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:
"For new measuring instruments before commissioning selection of measuring instruments from batch for carrying out primary checking of these measuring instruments is allowed. Selection of measuring instruments from batch is performed according to national and interstate standards.";
- add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. Owners (users) of measuring instruments, manufacturers of measuring instruments, state bodies, and also the companies and the organizations with the state ownership ratio (further - applicants) can only be applicants in actual fact of measuring instruments.
Checking of measuring instruments is carried out only to applicants (the final receiver of service) based on the request submitted the applicant which is drawn up in the form approved by national authority on metrology, excluding the third parties (intermediaries).";
