The changes made to the Rules of boundary regime approved by the Order of FSB of Russia of August 7, 2017 No. 454

1. In Item 2:

1.1. State subitems "b" and "v" in the following edition:

"b) the citizens of the Russian Federation having registration at the place of residence in the settlements located within the Kaliningrad region, following in the border area established in the territory of the Kaliningrad region during functioning of the Special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region;

c) the citizens of the Russian Federation belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation <1>, having registration at the place of residence in the settlements located within subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the border area is established, and following to the places of their traditional accommodation and traditional economic activity <2> which are in the territory of such subject of the Russian Federation;".
