I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2014 No. 862 "About approval of Rules of state registration and accounting of separate types of vehicles on vehicle identification number, training of drivers of motorized vehicles, acceptance of examinations and issue of car driver licenses" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10056) the following changes and amendment:
