About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning recovery of mid-term budgetary planning at the local level and reductions of its separate provisions in compliance with the laws of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

1. To add article 12 part one after the word "city" with words "settlement, rural".

2. In Article 17 part two:

in the paragraph the second:

shall be replaced with words the words "to utility sector of city economy, the settlement, village or the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, located in the corresponding territory and performing" "To the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or to utility property of city, settlement, agricultural territorial community, located in the corresponding territory, perform";

add with the words "and/or perform return of the obtained and outstanding loans (loans), accomplishment of debt obligations on which is provided with local guarantees in previous periods, for the purpose of effective management of the debt guaranteed by the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, city, settlement or agricultural territorial community";

in paragraph three:

shall be replaced with words the words "are located in the corresponding territory and perform" "are located in the corresponding territory, perform";

exclude the words "and also";

add with the words "and/or perform return of the obtained and outstanding loans (loans), accomplishment of debt obligations on which is provided with local guarantees in previous periods, for the purpose of effective management of the debt guaranteed by regional council".

3. In Item shall be replaced with words 8 parts five of Article 22 of the word "or city" "city, settlement or rural".

4. In Article 29:
