The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About political parties in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 23, Art. 118 with the following changes):

Part third of Article 17-7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"In case of elimination of the reasons by political party which caused suspension of public financing of its authorized activities the National agency concerning prevention of corruption not later than in five working days after receipt of the report of political party on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature with the eliminated defects makes the decision on renewal of public financing of authorized activities of the relevant political party. Public financing of authorized activities of political party is resumed in quarter in which the decision on renewal of public financing of authorized activities of political party is made.
