About introduction of amendments to article 9 of the Federal law "About Representatives for Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation"

6.2. In coordination with the Representative of power of the representative in the subject of the Russian Federation can be stopped ahead of schedule also in case:

1) submissions of the written application by it about abdication;

2) its inability for health reasons established according to the medical certificate or for other reasons for a long time (at least four months) to fulfill the duties;
