"4. Stay term on service in the Investigative Committee of the employee who reached the age limit established by part 3 of this Article, and replacing position in investigating body of the Investigative Committee according to the decision of the head of the relevant investigating body of the Investigative Committee can be prolonged before achievement of 70 years by this employee of age. Stay term on service of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee which reached age of 70 years can be extended by the President of the Russian Federation.".
