About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning refining of powers of public authorities in the field of protection of critical infrastructure

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

To exclude 1) in the name and paragraph one of part one of Article 20 of the word "and other legal entities";

2 parts two of Article 26 the word "it" to exclude 2) in the second offer of the subitem "v" of Item;

Part the second Article 91 after words of "executive bodies" to add 3) with words of "other public authorities, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2023, No. 5, the Art. 13):

1) in Article 14 part one:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9) the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection";

add with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1) central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection";

"The central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of civil protection" shall be replaced with words 2) in part one of Article 18 of the word "the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection, the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
