1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

Item 15:

add with subitem 199-2) of the following content:

"199-2) determination of the inventory, subject to marking, and dates of its introduction;";

add with subitems 201-1) and 201-2) of the following content:

"201-1) approvals of development of the national standards developed by state bodies in the field of standardization;

201-2) approvals of development of the national qualifiers of technical and economic information developed by state bodies in the field of standardization;";

add with subitems 228-13) and 228-14) of the following content:

228-13) consideration of petitions of physical persons according to the procedure and the terms established by the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

228-14) carrying out digital transformation;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
