1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 23, 2024 No. UP-143 "About Removal on New Stage of Measures for Reducing Poverty and to Growth in Prosperity of the Population" adopts the "From Poverty to Wellbeing" Program and the task of the organization of implementation of this Program is assigned to the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty (further - the Ministry).

2. Determine the main activities of the Ministry taking into account implementation of complete system of the organization of program implementation "From poverty to wellbeing":

structural analysis of the labor market, occupied and unemployed population, address identification and accounting of the unemployed - market research of work and conducting address accounting of the unemployed (on each unemployed), forecasting of need for manpower of the developing industries and spheres of economy, identification of structural problems and the prevention of imbalance in the labor market, active interaction with the International Labour Organization;

forming of population emlpoyment programmes, accounting of vacant workplaces and employment of the unemployed - annual development of the population emlpoyment programme by regions, industries and spheres, coordination of its realization, accounting and monitoring of the available vacant workplaces, the organization of employment of jobless citizens and ensuring their engagement with employers;
