About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Notification on Activities Implementation"

Article 1. State part 4 of article 8 of the Law of November 13, 2015, No. ZR-120 "About the notification on carrying out activities" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"4. Information on persons staying on the registry in authorized bodies the changes made to them, information on suspension or the termination of the right to be engaged in the activities which are subject to the notification, information on implementation of activities on the new place and also information on rates of the state fee which is subject to payment for acquisition of right to be engaged in the activities which are subject to the notification, and the size of the amount which is subject to payment annually, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for accounting, modification, the termination, suspension, next day after registration of activities on the new place they are online represented to the body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia exercising control of observance of procedure for calculation and collection of the state fee.".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 12 of the Law:
Item 9 after the words "other data" to add 1) with words ", and also any changes concerning accounting of the next annual state fee (including according to the final court resolution which took legal effect)";
To add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) the amount of the state tax established for acquisition of right to be engaged in the activities which are subject to the notification.".
