recognizing need of strengthening of information exchange in case of the solution of tasks of fight against transnational crime,
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes to the Agreement:
1. Add Article 1 with the Item "z" of the following content:
"h) the electronic copy (image) of the document - translated
in electronic form by scanning (photography) the copy of the paper document.".
2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 2 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"b) in the form of the electronic copy (image) of the document by means of services of departmental e-mail with the subsequent direction (if necessary) the original;".
The this Protocol is temporarily applied after 20 days from signature date and becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the third written notice of accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.
For the Parties which performed interstate procedures later the this Protocol becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the relevant documents.
When signing the this Protocol the either party has the right to declare that it will temporarily not apply the this Protocol or will temporarily apply it from the date of other, than is provided in the this Protocol.
The this Protocol after its entry into force is open for accession of any State Party of the Agreement by transfer to depositary of the document on accession.
