About modification of Rules of provision of services of mail service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, Art. 750; 2023, No. 95, Art. 5648; 2024, No. 62, the Art. 3709), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of mail service

1. "Assurance of receipt" to add Item 16 paragraph two after words with words "with marks "the Agenda of TTsK", "Hand personally".

2. In paragraph one of Item 81 of the word "marked "Legal notification" shall be replaced with words "with marks "Legal notification", "the Agenda of TTsK".

3. In Item 82:

1) to add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The recommended letters marked "the Agenda of TTsK" in delivery time to the specified address are handed personally to the addressee (receiver). In case of absence of the addressee (receiver) to the address specified on the registered mail the worker of object of mail service informs the addressee (receiver) on the available phone number and/or puts in subscriber mailbox the message on receipt of the registered mail marked "the Agenda of TTsK".".
